Since our formation, Shine Time has quickly become one of Hampton Roads’ premier power wash and paint service providers for residential, commercial and government projects. As a certified SWaM (Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned) business and Class A Contractor, we ensure high-quality work standards and performance on every job.  

We are members of the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners, and the Painting Contractors Association, receiving top-notch training on industry standards and best-practices.  Protection of our customers’ property and our staff is a top-priority. We are fully licensed and insured, and our staff is OSHA certified. 

We power wash all surface types including vinyl siding, brick, concrete, EIFS, roofs, decks, fences, and more; all using eco-friendly cleaning agents so that persons, pets, and plants are not at risk. We paint, stain, or seal surfaces in both interior and exterior settings from residential homes to large commercial buildings.

We primarily service Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton, and Suffolk, as well as large-scale projects along the East Coast.
